Olivia was amazing to work with. Had a few issues while I was out of the country, but she very quick to get things resolved. Very friendly staff, hours are good, and location is even better. Very clean facility.

Excellent service! The kinds folks at Extra Space Downtown West are wonderful to work with! They really listen to your needs and work with you to make sure you get the unit you need. We had to get a unit fast and they came through for us in a flash! I will definitely use them again!
